IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING STUDENT GRADES (Temporary Posting)
As you are aware, teachers are NOT required to produce report cards during the current job action. There are, however, a number of situations where students DO require a mark in BCeSIS (the student management system) for a report card. Term-end and/or Semester 1 Final Marks will be provided for:
grade 12 students who need marks for scholarships, early admission or graduation;
International Students (all grades) who are leaving the country;
students transferring to other schools or leaving the district; and
night school (or Adult) students who need the mark for post-secondary application or graduation.
Students in these categories can request marks from their teachers by
clicking here to download a request form, completing the form and submitting it to their teacher(s) OR
sending a Message requesting marks and indicating the reason for the request.
